We're looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician who can independently resolve more complex technical issues, support a cloud-first environment. Our Technical Support Team is an integral part of our Water Heating Parts & Services organization, serving as the knowledge & contact center for customers, contractors and installers of our water heating products. This role within the Technical Support Team, will focus on these main activities:
* Handling a high volume of customer requests for technical assistance.

Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce strategies to support business goals.
Perform hands-on tasks leveraging Salesforce's built-in capabilities and third-party apps.
Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce changes that address current and future business needs.
Stay abreast of technological advances in Salesforce and provide recommendations.
Ability to organize and manage projects, coordinate the resources, and define scope.
Able to leverage relationships with leaders throughout the organization to establish stakeholder investment and feedback.
Communicate cross-functionally on a regular basis to ensure quality and adherence to stakeholder requirements, specifications, and timelines.
Policy and strategy implementation, documentation of process for users, on the ground IT infrastructure management and control.
Work closely with the Compliance department to ensure that all internal policies, procedures and processes are adhered to and documented and create/adapt as necessary and required
Determine and provide governance oversight, project and portfolio management, and service delivery management.
Must be highly responsive and anticipate possible solutions to problems / challenges.
Assist in completion of client security questionnaires.
Manage the technical team to ensure best practices are documented and maintained.
Continually define ways to increase the company's satisfaction with IT.
Oversee the administration and customization of SharePoint sites, Jira, and applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate in the planning, design, development, testing and deployment of new functionality or 3rd party integrations.
Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot computer systems, user devices, and network problems.
Manage and coordinate with the external help desk team members in their daily duties.
Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex.
Influences others outside of their own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
At least 3-4 years of experience in systems administration, network management, and IT support is preferred
Progressive Healthcare experience preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments effectively
Ability to multitask, learn new skills and adapt to change
Demonstrated ability to work independently, and willingness to work in the field if needed
Ability to withstand varying job pressures, organize/prioritize related job tasks, and excellent attention to detail
Physical and Environmental Demands:
Works in a clean, well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
