Proactively follow up on production activity and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and satisfactorily. Maintain accurate customer records and job information within our CRM and order management systems. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably within the printing or related manufacturing industry. Toxicity screen and background check Knowledge of printing processes and terminology (offset, digital, large format, binding, etc.) is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management or ERP systems. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) for reviewing proofs is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
