Prepare monthly production and volume reports in order to measure productivity and prepare billing charges

Provide reception work such as answering telephones, taking messages and greeting visitors
Move boxes, supplies or furniture; replace light bulbs
May be requested to perform document scanning

Due to changing technology in office automation, will be required to learn new features and functionalities of copying machines, faxes, scanning, shipping equipment as introduced at the site
Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tortilla Clerk delivers quality customer service in a retail store environment. The individual is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The clerk maintains inventory and department cleanliness for the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive customer service
Maintain product freshness
Order inventory
Package tortillas, chips, tostadas and all other products in the department
Ensure coolers are cleaned and organized
Maintain cooler temperature logs
Maintain cleanliness of tortilla machine
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Basic kitchen skills; tortilleria department experience a plus.
Valid Food Handlers Card;
Bilingual in English and Spanish
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:
