A membership advisor ensures customers receive exceptional customer support and service via email communication, online communication, and telephone communication. Besides processing paper, telephone, and online registration, membership advisors also ensure customers get technical support. They ensure customer questions get dealt with on time and exceptionally. These professionals generate the required new sales leads, start outbound calls to customers, and attend and participate in team and staff training meetings.
