· We are hiring a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized extended worker Ops Coordinator to support the daily operations.
· This role blends administrative, data entry, and project-based tasks - ideal for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment and values precision.
· Manage the SNOW tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from hiring managers and suppliers.
· Independently research and resolve issues to provide informed and effective responses.

· Collaborate with suppliers, hiring managers, and internal teams to resolve onboarding issues promptly.
· Ensure all termination activities are completed, including badge returns, system deactivations, and offboarding documentation.
· Assist in preparing and distributing weekly/monthly dashboards and ad hoc reports for both client and internal use.
· Monitor VMS dashboards regularly, document anomalies, and proactively escalate potential issues.
· Complete weekly tasks and reporting assignments on time as directed by your manager.
· Ensure all assigned responsibilities meet program Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree or in lieu High School Diploma with 5 years experience
· 3-5 years in Procurement Domain or Recruitment or Staffing or RPO or MSP experience
· 1 year Project/program management experience
· Proficient with technology, including Microsoft suite of products
· Knowledge of VMS(Fieldglass preferred)
· Knowledge of office administrative procedures and use of standard office equipment

Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $90k-$110k/year ($45-$55/hour). Responsible for creating reporting and presentation on the to be defined global translations process.
Participate in interlock communications to ensure that local production teams and regional stakeholders are aware of translation activities, deliverables, schedule, service levels, costs and requirements.

Data collection, management, and submission including use of tools like Input Logs, Street Sheets, etc. and coordination with SCHEDULING department as well as SUBMITTAL department for timing and redlining/deliverables
Collection and processing of daily submittals from crew foremen, PCM (Project Construction Manager), and subcontractors
Collaborate and Coordinate with GM and PM's on meeting sales goals and targets for market
Translation of in-field production activities into central billing units, and reporting those units as required to the Customer in the Customer's prescribed format
Creating reports of production, sharing metrics daily with team, tracking goals and milestones, and informing of remaining quantities
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Familiarity with utility infrastructure, Adobe or Bluebeam, computer proficiency, understanding of utility locates, ability to read communication utility designs, ability to understand permits
