He is responsible for the firm's financial management, including planning, reporting, budgeting, and revenue control, as well as all tax, treasury, banking and auditor relationships.

Since joining the firm, Foued has moved to strengthen the financial performance of the firm, and has developed holistic strategies for promoting best practices and efficiencies. He directs all aspects of the firm’s finance function and is a key business advisor to the firm’s senior leadership. Adept in financial strategic planning and analysis to enhance cash flows and raise profitability, Foued designs, implements, measures, and drives improvement and innovation in the finance and accounting functions, policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure a continuously sound and sustainable financial and accounting structure.

Working alongside both the Executive Committee and senior management, Foued has designed and rolled out numerous enterprise-wide financial initiatives and projects that have improved operational procedures and significantly reduced inefficiencies in nearly all areas of management.

A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Foued also earned a Cybersecurity Certification from the AICPA in 2017.

Before joining Pryor Cashman, Foued held senior financial roles at Fried Frank, Squire Patton Boggs, and Hyatt, among others.

Michael Cannizzaro is the Chief Information Officer for Pryor Cashman, where he brings 25 years of experience providing strategic and operational governance to organizations within the legal industry.

Mike is adept at identifying opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources including staffing, purchasing, and in-house development. With a solid foundation in systems integration and conversions, as well as in operations and infrastructure management, he spearheads the firm's efforts to provide a secure and forward-thinking IT environment for clients and employees alike.

Since joining the firm, Mike has developed a strategic technology plan and budget to build the right infrastructure for future scalability and expansion of the firm's services. After building the firm's fully virtual desktop nearly a decade ago, Mike has provided continual upgrades in various cloud-based technologies, which have proven their mettle during the COVID-19 pandemic. His work to further the security of the firm and our clients is borne out through his recent development of the firm's Information Security Department, which addresses cybersecurity evolution, compliance and client demands in real-time.

Mike is also responsible for the development of the firm's IT training, and created an attorney and staff education program named “IT University,” which includes enhanced cybersecurity and phishing scenario training, traditional and virtual classroom training, one-topic quick tips, and monthly newsletters for the firm's employees.

Through Mike's efforts, the firm has achieved compliance in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 27001/2013), and has made the firm fully complaint with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mike previously held senior IT roles at Clifford Chance, Pillsbury, Darby & Darby, and General Electric, among others.

Mike Mellor is the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for Pryor Cashman, where he works to identify, develop and execute strategies to both drive new business for the firm and increase brand awareness.

In addition to providing strategic and marketing direction for the firm, Mike also oversees the firm's marketing department, which is responsible for planning, public relations and communications, client development, digital and social media, and events.

Mike’s nearly 20-year career has spanned various roles, working at such firms as Paul Weiss, Katten, and KPMG. His passion is creating clarity and game plans for attorneys around the firm by implementing rigor and process to drive efficiencies and encourage collaboration. By serving as the "voice of the client" and listening to both internal and external stakeholders, he seeks to connect dots within the firm's ecosystem to help Pryor Cashman's clients to achieve their business goals.

A self-defined process junkie, Mike is also heavily involved in developing internal methodologies and processes, preparing attorneys for pitches, and directly assisting the firm’s clients to help align them with the correct resources and attorneys at Pryor Cashman. He is a big believer in using data, and employs numerous individual, practice and industry KPIs to constantly tweak and refine his approaches.
