Duties and responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for field, service, and office roles. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities. Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Proactively source candidates using job boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and industry-specific channels. Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled trade positions. Attend career fairs, trade school events, and community recruiting initiatives as needed. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Ensure a positive, professional, and timely candidate experience. Data & Process Improvement Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and hiring efficiency. Onboarding Support Assist with offer letters, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding coordination. Partner with HR, and all department teams to ensure smooth new-hire transitions.
