Observes and reports changes in residents' physical condition and cognitive/emotional status to Wellness Director or supervisor, as needed.

SUMMARY
This role works with and supports the team of property management professionals in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Performs administrative tasks for the leasing office including but not limited to: copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and other collateral materials.
* Assists with sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals by conducting virtual tours, responding to online inquiries, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and showing apartments.
* Assists with the lease preparation process by generating all required lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
* Assists with move in and move out process for residents; commits to working move-in and move-outs with the understanding that these events, along with "turn", are mandatory work dates. Any time off during these dates will be considered an exception and must be requested and approved in writing by the Community Manager well in advance.
* Answers incoming calls and sets appointments for prospects to tour the property.
* Performs on-campus marketing outreach to generate Community awareness and qualified traffic.
* Assists with coordinating resident functions, including parties, birthday cards, unit visits, and other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals.
* Schedules and conducts resident visits as directed and distributes notices such as flyers, newsletters, resident surveys, and late notices.
* Acts as an after-hours liaison between residents and property management; responds to after-hours emergencies within a required period of time. At least one on-call shift per week is expected; however, the schedule is determined at the site level.
* Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).
Physical Demands:

Resident Assistant. We are seeking a Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents according to individualized service and care plans. Works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator. Certification as a Nurse's Aide is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain and record vital signs; report deviations to supervising nurse per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
* Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders.
* Follow ISPs and daily task sheets; communicate resident status changes to supervisors.
* Utilize standard precautions and infection control procedures.
* Maintain safe and clean resident environments; document resident progress in a timely manner.
* Encourage resident engagement in activities.
* Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and adhere to all community policies.
* Attend biweekly in-service meetings and mandatory trainings.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
* High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
* Completion of required medication management course.
* CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
* Professionalism and ability to handle emotionally charged situations.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Position Summary
Xtream Arena and the GreenState Family Fieldhouse is currently seeking outgoing, motivated people to join our fieldhouse operations department. These assistants will get hands-on experience hosting first-class events, including but not limited to, youth and adult sports, public open court play, youth camps, community events and even Arena-wide events including Iowa Heartlanders Hockey, University of Iowa Volleyball, concerts, family shows and more. Compensation is provided.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $11.00 to $13.00.

About the Venue
Xtream Arena powered by Mediacom & GreenState Family Fieldhouse serves as a highly accessible and most importantly right sized venue for concerts, family shows, and special events. Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse fulfills a longstanding community and economic development void in Coralville and surrounding areas. The 5,100 fixed seat Xtream Arena (6,600 concert capacity) serves as host home for University of Iowa Volleyball, Iowa Gymnastics, and the Iowa Heartlanders ECHL hockey tenant. With direct connectivity to the 30,000 sq. ft 5-court fieldhouse, the facility immediately enables this community to become a signature attractor of both amateur and professional sporting events.
Responsibilities
* Support the Fieldhouse Director and coordinators with event-related duties at the five-court GreenState Family Fieldhouse.
* Collect and organize booking files and event recaps.
* Assist in the development of short and long-term goal setting and client retention.
* Stay abreast of the recreational landscape while researching the market.
* Get customer service experience as a facility representative for different types of activities and events.
* Work alone 80% of the time.
Qualifications
* At least one (1) academic year remaining at a 2- or 4- year program
* Available to work approximately 10-20 hours/week in an office setting
* Available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
* Strong work ethic
* Independent worker
