Position Summary:
This position is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients and ambassadors for Four County. The Patient Access Representative is tasked with providing dependable, high quality, and effective clerical services and meetings the day-to-day operation needs of Four County. This is accomplished by a wide range of duties such as answering telephones, routing calls, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, collecting payments, scheduling appointments and providing information about Four County.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in Bio Pharma construction scheduling with experience managing complex, fast-paced capital projects. Requirements
5+ years of Demonstrated experience in Bio Pharma Construction scheduling (required).
5+ years of Experience with Semiconductor or Advanced Manufacturing projects (preferred).
Proven ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of schedule input and performance data into an integrated master schedule.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 required.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills required (VBA, Access, or SQL knowledge helpful).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying schedule conflicts or risks.
Ability to lead within a collaborative, fast-paced construction environment.
Experience with Lean Construction principles, Pull-Planning, and Last Planner Systems strongly preferred.

Subcontractor Coordination
Confirm subcontractors have correct job details ahead of installation.

Sales and Production Liaison

Qualifications
Demonstrated office experience in a fast-paced environment (2+ years preferred)
Scheduling or project coordination experience required
Familiarity with ERP systems strongly preferred (manufacturing or construction ERP a plus)
