Responsibilities
Plan and schedule the turnaround from the initial planning and preparation phases through execution and post-turnaround review.
Establish, develop, and maintain turnaround logic networks, schedules, risk management data, forecasting, earned value analysis, schedule variance analysis, and schedule quality checks.
Serve as a liaison between the Project Services Department and Turnaround Management on all scheduling and planning matters related to turnaround execution.
Collaborate with the Turnaround Management Team and Discipline Leads to develop a comprehensive turnaround plan and ensure accurate status updates.
Assist in reviewing and updating procedures and instructions for the preparation and maintenance of turnaround plans and schedules.
Support Turnaround Management with reporting, including risk analysis and earned value.
Review schedule progress and productivity of turnaround services, track and monitor earned value progress.
Monitor actual progress compared to the baseline, and report the analysis to Turnaround Managers and Functional Managers.
Participate in regular schedule reviews to ensure turnaround reporting requirements are met.
Meet with Discipline Leads and Turnaround Managers to update the turnaround schedule.
Assist in the development of reports on earned value and schedule variances.
Competencies/Qualifications
BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other equivalent experience
5-10 years' experience developing maintenance and / or outage schedules in industrial environments
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
PMP, PSP or CCP certification, a plus
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Neighborhood Health Association - Greet patients arriving to appointments at the clinic in a courteous and professional manner, and schedule patient appointments by phone. For patients desiring to schedule or cancel/reschedule an appointment, accurately schedule the appointment in the electronic health system, using PCMH standards. Maintain a professional and courteous manner while protecting confidential patient information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-calls and call reports
Confirm patients appointments.
Schedule appointments for patients using the electronic health system, following PCMH standards.
Cancel and reschedule appointments for patients using the electronic health system, following PCMH standards.
Direct non-scheduling calls to appropriate department or extension.
Respond appropriately to patient inquiries.
Follow up with patient calls where necessary.
Will be knowledgeable of LEP policy in order to accurately manage our non-English speaking patients.
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional tone when handling all incoming calls.
Utilize resources provided for patients with unresolved issues, to include Patient Lines, E.H.R. Messaging, and Patient Advocate.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Will float between NHA medical clinic offices.
Requires own insured vehicle and a good driving record.

Key Accountabilities
Ensure schedules for on-line and/or outages are developed in accordance with DBNPS requirements and standards.
Provide scheduling support for site work groups as assigned. May include any site organization or vendor that has activities that need to be coordinated through an integrated schedule.
Coordinate and track performance of Surveillance Testing to ensure Technical Specification compliance.
Coordinate Preventative Maintenance activities to ensure high levels of equipment performance.
Coordinate and ensure proper scheduling of operations and maintenance activities to minimize equipment/system out of service time and/or Technical Specification Action Conditions.
Support the Online Cycle Manager and Work Week Managers for coordination and scheduling of operations and maintenance activities to minimize plant risk.
Interface with other work groups to identify and collect necessary information in support of schedule development and quality.
Support the Database Administrator and Online Cycle Manager in ensuring Work Management reports are developed and distributed in a timely manner.
Develop reports to ensure clear understanding across the site of upcoming due dates for Critical testing.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge in Nuclear Power Plant operations and maintenance, including clearance and tagging process and Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) and/or Outage Risk Assessment. PWR Plant Certification.
Full understanding of the INPO Work Control Process for on-line and/or outage work management.
Proficient computer skills in scheduling tools, work order development tools, and Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of Maximo and Maximo Scheduler (PX).
