Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Sales Funnel Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting through closing. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and key performance metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless transition and implementation of new client contracts. Ensure customer onboarding and account setup are completed efficiently and on time.
