The Business Solutions Manager oversees the operations of the Business Solutions department and guides staff within the workforce development area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Advises, guides and mentors staff on the delivery of services to customers and provides support, technical assistance and training as appropriate. * Responsible for the preparation, design and implementation of budget.
