Essential Functions:
Program Compliance & Documentation
Assist in preparing for site visits, inspections, and audits by licensing and funding agencies.

Administrative Coordination and Support

* Coordinates with College Corps (regional and state intermediaries) to register new student participants and community partners.
* Coordinates reporting (internal and external) deadlines to ensure timely and complete submissions for the College Corps program.
* Creates accountability processes for student participants and collaborators to complete the scope of work within the grant.
* Ensures proper documentation and notes for online and in-person training and events.
* Establishes training and education sessions for College Corps student participants regarding program requirements and upcoming opportunities.
Administrative and Fiscal Support:
* Provide support to ensure compliance with grant requirements, including managing fiscal responsibilities.
* Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and facilitating state reimbursement requests in collaboration with the district's business and fiscal department.

Education and Experience:
* An associate degree or equivalent, 60 or more semester units completed at a regionally accredited postsecondary institution.
* Two years of work experience in program assistance, customer service, or an office/clerical environment.
* A valid California Driver's License and/or reliable transportation to and and/or reliable transportation to and from the regular office space and offsite events.
* A strong proficiency in the English language and its conventions of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
* Some work is performed in a typical office environment.
* Some work is performed outdoors, offsite at community venues, with some exposure to weather, heat or cold outside of room temperature, noise and other elements
* Event support will involve a significant amount of standing, kneeling, lifting boxes and equipment, stooping, bending, pushing, and repetitive hand movements for things like usage of a keyboard/standard desktop computer, with or without accommodation.
