Essential Functions:
Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
Resolves clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identifies and maximizes cross-sell the banks' opportunities through exploring needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:15 A.M. - 5:15 P.M.; 40 hrs./wk.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client's needs.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages, is preferred.
Pay range: $17.00 - $21.75 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary:
Under minimal supervision, perform senior level or lead customer service activities in field office; manage the most complex customer service complaints, inquiries, and issues that may include specialized instruction, training, or certification in specialized areas of expertise; train lower level staff, and monitor and manage workflow within the unit, evaluating and recommending changes to work processes and procedures. May serve as backup for the supervisor.
Job Duties:
Specialize in identity document verification and advise other CSRs on the procedure to issue credentials to foreign applicants; perform second-level approval/issue credentials; utilize electronic verification systems/fraud detection tools to identify suspicious/fraudulent documents. Prepare incident reports for OIG of suspect documents and assist during an investigation.
Examine, approve, reject, or deny T&R applications and legal documents. Assure compliance and conformance to ARS and MVD directives, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Process approved application. Return rejected or denied submissions for correction.
Query, update, and/or create records on various databases; examine operator/COL license history; review data for outstanding citations or warrants; determine eligibility for license; inform the customer of outstanding violations and recommend actions for correction; analyze historical records; evaluate for reinstatement rights.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of:
ARS Title 28 provisions and related directives, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures about licensing of motor vehicle operators and titling and registration of motor vehicles, fraudulent document recognition, voter registration, selective service, and organ donor registration; public and customer relations; fraudulent document recognition with successful completion of AAMVA Fraudulent Document Recognition Training, Arizona Version/Level I and Level 11; proper incident reporting and investigation procedures. Skills in:

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell tour adventures by explaining tour options, pricing, features, and availability.
Accurately use booking software to schedule tours, process payments, and communicate customer requirements for guides and shuttle drivers.
Communicates cancellation policy and acquires signatures for our waiver.
Thorough and accurate data entry of reservations with customer names, payment information and notes.
Reserve tours and verifies each check-in reservation for accuracy with payment type and source information.
Assist customers with questions and address any customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Contact Customers for late check-ins to acquire an estimated time of arrival. Reschedule tour if necessary.
Assigns tours to Guides based on tour priority guidelines, number of passengers and customer pick-up locations. Balance passenger loads and manage guide breaks according to break schedule.
Organize shuttle schedule and notifies the shuttle drivers of any updates to their schedule.
Manages monetary responsibilities which include processing credit card payments, handling cash and voucher transactions.

Serve as first-line of defense for all issues relating to tour operations.

Summary
The Transmission Contracts & Services | Consultant or Advisor is responsible for providing expert consultation and leadership in the analysis, development, negotiation, and drafting of complex transmission and interconnection contracts, facility-use agreements, and operational requirements for connected facilities. This role involves direct negotiation with customers to establish terms for transmission services, interconnection arrangements, and ongoing operational and maintenance responsibilities.
Serving as a lead in contract and project implementation, the individual ensures alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and utility representatives, acting on behalf of APS to coordinate agreements and facilitate effective communication. The role demands a strong understanding of utility operations, regulatory considerations, and contract management practices to ensure successful and compliant project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Advisor
BS/BA in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering plus eight (8) years of utility experience including substantial contract and/or transmission system knowledge. In lieu of degree, 12 (twelve) years of utility experience including some contract and/or transmission system knowledge. An advanced degree including a JD may be substituted for two (2) years' experience.
Consultant
BS/BA in business, economics, mathematics, or engineering plus five (5) years of utility experience including substantial contract and/or transmission system knowledge. Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of APS transmission and distribution system interconnections. Knowledge of other utility's transmission systems, rates and tariff provisions and the ability to review, analyze and working with other utilities in Jointly Owned Facility projects.
Broad familiarity of FERC regulatory requirements and APS jurisdictional agreements.
In depth experience in negotiating and developing transmission, interconnection and operating facility contracts.

Major Accountabilities
1) Manage the development and execution of regulatory contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders that support APS's corporate strategy, goals and objectives with participation of the appropriate groups or departments including the most complex agreements.
2) Draft, negotiate, execute and manage major transmission Interconnection Agreements as well as other agreements (i.e. Participation Agreements, Joint Operations, Maintenance and Replacement Agreements, Transmission Service Agreements) .
3) Draft, negotiate, execute and manage Generator Interconnection queue applications and corresponding contracts, both conforming and non-conforming. In addition, publishing results of interconnection studies and/or screening processes performed by APS's technical groups, as well as holding scoping and study results meetings with customers.
4) Maintaining accurate interconnection data in APS's internal databases and systems
5) Ensure all regulatory compliance and requirements are met with regards to filing deadlines, preparing summaries for regulatory reporting, as well as ensuring timeline adherence and compliance with APS OATT.
6) Manage, engage and communicate with external customers and other utilities as co-owners of Joint Participant facilities to lead, draft, and negotiate proper contract adherence. This will include amendments to current agreements, drafting new agreements as needed, confirmation and adherence to financial and cost allocations, as well as ability to work within Committee structure to move projects along and seek resolutions to issues.
7) Effectively interface and resolve project issues within APS, executive management and customers to meet project requirements.
8) Ability to effectively manage time and internal APS business units to meet required deadlines.
9) Establish working relationships with utilities, ISOs and industry representatives in key markets
10) Provide support and expertise to regulatory and legal departments to ensure contract compliance. Managing special complex and subject matter expertise projects as assigned. Provide guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
