Manages 5S and inventory of sanitation tools, line-specific tooling and equipment.
Adheres and trains on CW's Pathogen Procedures, including but not limited to Allergen Control and Facility Color Coding procedures.
Document and execute changeover times and quality swab testing.
Tests and documents chemical concentrations.
Ensures sanitation tools, line tooling and equipment, and more are delivered to lines prior to the changeover.
Ensure equipment is taken apart completely and in an organized manner, followed by guaranteeing proper reassembly of equipment and line.
Responsible for completion of Line Clearance sheets and file storage per SOP
Effectively communicates with sanitation department and production on line's changeover status and changeover type (full sanitation, dry clean, partial or packaging change).
Monitors, directs, and problem solves to improve effectiveness and efficiency of changeovers. Provides suggestions and ideas to management for continuous improvement efforts.
Effective shift handoff with Sanitation Assistant Supervisors with line changeover, Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and other responsibilities.
Work closely with Production management to assemble sanitation crews along with reassigning unneeded staff.
Monitor lines for MSS and housekeeping of allergen and recycling bins per CW's quality procedures.
Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety, discipline, cooperation and teamwork.
Fast-response for safety concerns, including but not limited to blood-borne pathogen containment or food-borne pathogens.
Able to work a flexible shift; weekend work may be required

Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of basic sanitation principals, allergen program, and preventing foodborne illness

Education and Experience:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The O&M Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day repair, maintenance, and installation of the building's mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment that supports both the operation and maintenance of the Facilities team. All conditions affecting building services, life safety of the guest, and aquatic Life. The O&M Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both the operation and maintenance of the Aquarium's Life Support Systems and Base Building systems, including Security Components. Takes time at least once per shift to coach/mentor team members.

Position Summary: The Shift Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily film extrusion operations on an assigned shift. This role supervises a small team of operators and a maintenance technician while actively running extrusion lines as needed. The Supervisor is accountable for meeting shift-level safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals while ensuring smooth handoffs between shifts and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate shift operations for film extrusion lines, including extruders, chill rolls, haul-offs, and winders
Operate extrusion equipment as needed and provide training and guidance to operators
Lead and organize line changeovers and ensure adherence to production schedules
Monitor quality, safety, and output metrics to meet or exceed targets
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
Support new product trials and process validation activities
Enforce company policies, OSHA regulations, and EHS standards
Maintain accurate shift reports and production records in ERP/CMMS systems
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, coach, and evaluate employees; assist with hiring and team development
Complete performance reviews and address disciplinary matters as needed
Ensure strong 5S practices and safe work habits at all times

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
10+ years of experience in plastic film extrusion
Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong hands-on knowledge of extrusion operations and troubleshooting
Proven leadership skills including coaching, problem-solving, and delegation
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, SOPs, technical drawings, and production schedules
Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with ERP/CMMS systems (Epicor, Maximo, or similar)
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or technical certification in plastics, extrusion, or mechanical/electrical fields
Strong mechanical aptitude

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Shift lead maintains dock cleanliness and safety. Shift Lead responsibilities include providing training to new hires on GMP's, SOP' and safety training regulations to ensure compliance. The Shift Lead will conduct forklift and system training's and will drive continuous improvement with productivity and all other programs/processes.
JOB DUTIES:

* Works with Warehouse Operation Manager and Shift Manager to ensure proper training, coaching, and development is being provided.
* Updates and maintains compliance tracking.
* Updates and maintains SOP's and policies.
* Reviews & approves employee time cards in Kronos
* Tracks and maintains employee productivity standards by efficiently teaching all job functions.
* Inspects/audits all inbound/outbound orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance which may include special instructions
* Understands the importance of maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and carrot and beverage picking areas
* Engaged and holds daily start up meetings with appropriate staff
* Manages flow of work in the warehouse and on the shipping dock via JD Edwards system and Red Prairie WMS

* Looking at multiple orders and allocating by appointments
* Understanding the sales demand screen
* Ensuring product is allocated by FIFO
* Creating Replenishment to fix shorts and move product to pick-able locations
* Must be proficient with the Business Intelligence program to run reports (i.e. whitewood, productivity, replenishment's and others)
