He/She is responsible to reconcile actual received goods against the inbound manifest to ensure accurate counts and to report/communicate any discrepancies in a timely manner to the necessary internal department. The Inbound Supervisor is also responsible for providing leadership and direct supervision over the Quality Control Inspectors and the Material Handling associates assigned within this specific work team. As the supervisor, he/she will be called upon to oversee, coordinate, and direct the team's work performance in accordance with the Company's specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
