Job Requirements * High school diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency). * Two (2) years' experience in food service. * Valid Food Handler Certification approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Physical Requirements * Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 10-50 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate kitchen appliances. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, extensive walking and pushing, twisting and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
