WMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) is the primary source of knowledge in all areas of WMS configuration, operation and support and is responsible for providing on-site level 1 support.

Position Overview
The Datacenter Support Technician will provide a full spectrum of activities necessary to assess potential customer requirements, support the establishment of processes and procedures to support the final designs, receive and integrate customer systems and components into the HRC Data Centers, sustain hosted customer equipment and services over the lifespan of the service agreement, and decommission systems when hosted customers terminate their agreements with the Command. Major Activities

Receive and install equipment insupport of the onboarding projects for customers.
Report completion of receipt and installation tasks to the Data Center team, COR, and other Government leaders.
Provide touch-labor sustainment and coordinated repair of hosted customers and their associated IT equipment, infrastructure, and services on an annual basis.
Decommission infrastructure components for hosted customer platforms.
Ensure decommission equipment is packaged and shipped per customer specifications, and report completion of decommissioning tasks.
Perform other duties as appropriate and as assigned.

You are a flexible individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities, supporting front of the house and back of the house operations. You're also resourceful and collaborative, highly motivated and efficient. A sense of humor is a plus!
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is… atypical. You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.
To Land This Role:
One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment, stock-related experience a plus
Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
Occasional overnight travel may be required
Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 15.00 USD - 17.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
