DIVER5IFY is expanding aggressively in the US market, with an established presence across the USA and Europe. We're hiring a Senior 360 Recruiter in Austin, Texas to build and own a high-billing desk across Technology, Data, or Finance.
This is a true 360 role with heavy emphasis on outbound business development. You'll win new clients, control searches end-to-end, and operate as a commercial partner to scaling US businesses - not an order taker.

Duties and responsibilities
Create recruitment plans and calendars according to operation and sales projections
Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. About the Role:

The TalentAcquisition Partner plays a key role in scaling our Sales organization by attracting, assessing, and hiring top-performing talent. Lead candidate debrief sessions and guide hiring teams toward timely, data-backed hiring decisions
Coach Sales leaders and hiring managers-along with other functional partners as needed-on interview best practices and candidate evaluation
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the recruiting process while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience
Partnerships, Projects & Operations
Partner with Sales leadership and Training teams on workforce planning, ramp timelines, and hiring readiness
Provide light recruiting support to other functions as needed based on hiring priorities
Create and maintain recruiting and sourcing process documentation to support scale and consistency
Lead or support talent projects and initiatives that improve hiring outcomes and efficiency

Leadership & Enablement
