This position supervises case managers responsible for executing child-specific adoption subsidy agreements with parents, provides case management and supports for the adoptive parents, and reviews each case on an annual basis. Job Duties: Supervises case managers in the program. Assures that each agreement, prior to legal execution, meets all federal and state requirements for the program. Signs each agreement as authorized DCS agency designee Manages the workload for the program. Assigns and re-assigns cases according to the level of expertise of the case manager, the special needs of the child, and array of services needed for the child.
