What You'll do
The purpose of the Assistant Store Manager is to oversee various responsibilities, including inventory management, associate leadership, and customer engagement. As a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager for Cellular World, you will be:
Assist the Store Manager with sales performance by motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets.
Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Responsible for sales and customer satisfaction.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
Assist with store operations including but not limited to inventory, management, merchandising, and store appearance.

About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and help bring our brand to life for our customers. * A current or former retail employee with 1-3 years of retail management experience.

* Driven by metrics to deliver results to meet business goals.
* Determined to effectively lead and inspire others to learn and grow through coaching and mentoring.
