What you will do

Ensure apartment homes that have been delivered by construction are move-in ready, and consistently inspect amenities to make sure they are always in proper working condition and clean.

Prerequisites
3+ years experience as a Service Supervisor.
HVAC and EPA certification strongly preferred.
Must provide own tools.
Valid driver's license required.
Experience with Property Management software, Entrata preferred.
Must be willing to be on call and take emergency calls after standard working hours.

LaGree's Foods Stores is a family-owned small chain of retail grocery stores located in central Colorado, we currently have locations in Pueblo, Poncha Springs, and Buena Vista, with a 4th location set to open in 4-6 months.
We are seeking/accepting applications for Store Managers and Assistant Managers in multiple locations.
NOTE* This is an onsite job at one of our locations, we are hiring for MULTIPLE locations
YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL GROCERY MANAGEMENT TO QUALIFY FOR THESE JOBS.............Please do not apply if you do not have retail grocery management experience.

Store Manager Salary Range $62,500-$80,000 DOE
Assistant Manager Pay Range $23-$30 DOE

Minimum 2 years assistant grocery store manager.
Assistant Store Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 years department management experience.
