Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting 80+ customer interactions daily via phone and email, presenting service options, and promoting our high-quality standards. You'll use call management software to document interactions and collaborate closely with the sales team to improve processes. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of sales experience, preferably in home services or trade-related fields, and be comfortable adapting to evolving systems. Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan, Dialpad, or Five9 is a plus.
