This is a full-time, on-site position located in Portland, OR. As a National Sales Manager at MaxBP, you will oversee sales operations nationwide, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Key Responsibilities
BusinessDevelopment & Sales
Drive new revenue through project wins, not just lead generation
Identify and pursue multifamily restoration, rehab, and exterior envelope opportunities
Lead proposal development, bid packages, and interview presentations
Negotiate contracts and close large-scale projects
Maintain a consistent sales cadence of 80-125 client touches per week
Use CRM software daily to track activity, leads, follow-ups, and pipeline health
Multifamily Industry Engagement
Actively participate in multifamily associations, boards, and committees
Attend and represent Summit at:
CAI, MFNW, OWCAM, BOMA monthly luncheons
Annual tradeshows, reverse tradeshows (6-8/year)
Industry golf tournaments, networking events, dinners, and happy hours
Chair or participate in committees where possible to strengthen influence and visibility
Client Relations & Presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, and stakeholders
Conduct job walks, OAC meetings, and project interviews
Present Summit's services at tradeshows and client meetings
Handle escalated client concerns professionally and effectively
Leadership & Internal Support
Meet weekly with team members to review progress and challenges
Support production meetings and contract execution when leadership is unavailable
Assist with commission requests and special projects as needed
Marketing & Brand Support
Coordinate client events and relationship-building activities
Support social media, marketing materials, and client-facing content
Maintain a strong, professional presence for Summit in the marketplace
Qualifications
8 - 10+ years of progressive businessdevelopment experience in construction and/or multifamily restoration

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The VP BD will leverage their experience and relationships to maximize partnerships and satisfy customer needs. New market responsibilities include US defense and foreign military sales (FMS), plus synchronizing regional defense sales with global campaigns.
The Vice President, BD, Sales, and Marketing is tasked with driving the leading-edge of the company's business model by building and executing new business strategy to engagement plans and sales strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals. This individual must have strong experience with recognized BD frameworks to define and expand our global defense market segmentation, long-term positioning, and capture/proposal management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives the development of the company's national and international marketing and sales strategies, with focused on new markets, and in collaboration with PLEXSYS business units
Provides critical input (content, priority, and weight of effort assessment) to the PLEXSYS Strategic Plan; specifically, Quarterly BusinessDevelopment and Marketing Reviews
Establishes, shapes, grows, and maintains key customer relationships to expand the company's revenue base and profitability
Engages in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts and/or build beneficial strategic relationships which magnify and/or broaden our market offerings
Develops staff to the next level by ensuring assigned personnel fully understand capture management, proposal/quote/ROM generation, providing effective feedback to staff (positive and critical), identifying, and promoting growth opportunities

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Visiting all assigned accounts and conducting monthly performance reviews with those Clients; the reviews will include but are not limited to performance metrics review, campaign reviews/optimizations, Google Analytics walkthrough, sales objectives for the dealership and up-sells to promote digital portfolio growth and diversification
+ Serve as a regional liaison between the Fox Dealer internal team consisting of Media operations, Client Support, Paid Search, and Fox Executive Management
+ Direct and manage sales productivity and profitability in an effort to achieve designated profit objectives within respective geographical responsibility
+ Direct and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, bids, and contract renewals
+ Accurate forecasting of the current and future month's sales objectives; being able to accurately and concisely communicate those numbers to your direct Supervisor
+ Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models for all major markets and implement service agreements that are consistent with Fox Dealer's financial objectives
+ Coordinate/foster business relationships with third party companies that may be supporting certain Fox Dealer technologies to the Client
+ The ability to adapt quickly to company changes as well as the hunger for growth
**Requirements:**
+ Education equivalent to Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience
+ Demonstrated proven track record of sales success
+ Automotive Industry experience & relevant Dealer contacts required
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (and/or Google Drive) and SalesForce CRM
