The Role

What You'll Do
Identify, research, and target prospective distribution partners across industries including luxury, travel, financial services, retail, and professional associations
Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach to key decision-makers
Introduce FoundersCard's value proposition and uncover partner objectives
Qualify leads and assess fit based on audience size, market alignment, and partnership potential
Work closely with senior leadership to structure partnerships (value-exchange deals, revenue-share models, or minimum guarantee opportunities)
Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to senior leadership for closing
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline progress

What We're Looking For
2-4 years of businessdevelopment experience at a high-growth company, preferably in SaaS/tech, with strong outbound prospecting discipline

1+ years of B2B sales/BDR experience
Familiar with tools like Apollo, Nooks, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Marketo, and other BDR tools

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $90,000 - $110,000 per year (New York City OTE), which includes a base salary and performance-based commissions, as well as equity component.
