The Summer Camp Coordinator supports the Camp Abe Lincoln Branch Executive in the daily operations of summer camp programs. What you'll do:

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in a YMCA camp or similar program environment preferred
Experience in program development, staff leadership, and camp operations
Certifications
Ability to pass background check
CPR/AED/First Aid and Mandatory Reporter certification (provided at YMCA if needed)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the direction, supervision, and organization of campers in their living unit, within activities and throughout the camp in order to meet the intended camper outcomes.
