Establish break schedule for Staff (30-minute break daily, lunch break, and additional break time on the evening of the overnight.) The staff will be more successful when breaks are incorporated into the daily schedule.
While spending the night on Thursday nights Tag Staff will stay with campers and provide supervision throughout the night.
These are not the only duties to be performed. Some duties may be reassessed, and other duties may be assigned as required.
