About the Role What You Will Do: The Tag Staff Lead will supervise and be responsible for planning, teaching, and coordinating activities in the Tag Unit. How You Will Lead: Supervise and evaluate the Tag Unit Staff. Provide opportunities for the unit so that each individual camper experiences success during camp. Maintain Tag Unit hours. Maintain guidelines for all staff during scheduled activities (i.e., all staff must swim with the children, etc.). Help provide for the physical health and safety and the mental welfare of the campers. Teach camping skills and appreciation of the out-of-doors. Guide activities and experiences in the unit through use of scheduled activities provided by Day Camp Directors and activities that have been planned in Staff Training.
