Responsibilities Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Title 31 Manager, the incumbent is responsible for executing the daily Title 31 audit process, including ensuring all appropriate and required documentation is received and reviewed; identifies audit issues and summarizes findings in an clear and concise manner; recognizes patterns and communicates detailed information to management for resolution or further analysis; and files reports timely and accurately. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Ensures that all compliance and auditing work is completed to verify the proper completion of documents and filing of reports. Ensures that all reports are filed accurately and timely. Monitors the Title 31 compliance training program to instruct employees as to the requirements of Title 31 and the system of internal control. Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations. Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts and/or internal ethics violations. Perform other duties as assigned.
