Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/ES&OP processes.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools and forecast reconciliation.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and lead through influence.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Desirable Requirements
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Experience managing global or regional‑level planning strategies in a fast‑paced or high‑complexity environment.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $177,300 - $215,600

You will:

* Work with lines of business to address market or product opportunities including AI

* Create a route-to-market strategy
* Assess the attractiveness of investment alternatives

Essential Requirements
* Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8+ years with a Master's; or 5+ years with a PhD, with a strong background in strategy and/or consulting.
* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes.
* Strong consulting skillset, including structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, clear communication, and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business impact.
* Solid understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and strategic frameworks.
* Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments, with a high degree of adaptability.
Desirable Requirements
* Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
* Track record of mentoring and developing junior team members.
Compensation
