    PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Human Resource Manager serves as an integral member of the leadership team supporting the complex (one line processing plant, and/ or feed mill and hatchery). This role provides strategic expertise in the development of human capital related complex policies and programs and works with complex leadership to standardize, implement and drive related processes.
