Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits. Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties. Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees. Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance. Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly. Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.
