Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
• Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure resources are always available for operational needs.
• Oversee the phone systems, ensuring timely coordination of calls and maintaining accurate contact directories. Does not include reservation management.
Vendor Coordination:
• Assist with pre-opening setup, including operational licenses, vendor setup, and system implementation.

Phone Management & Communication:

• Receive, document, and distribute daily mail and packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of deliveries and correspondence.
Employee Engagement & Compliance:
• Support employee engagement programs, including team-building activities and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to labor laws, health codes, and safety standards.
• Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy in systems like Egnyte, Insperity, and Toast.
Onboarding & Integration:
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees are entered into systems such as Toast and Insperity.
• Facilitate orientation programs to introduce new team members to company culture, policies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all HR documentation and onboarding procedures.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Maintain and track disciplinary records and performance issues, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Act as the primary contact for TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) claims, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of employee manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency across the organization.
• Assist with workplace investigations and resolve employee concerns professionally and discreetly.
Termination Administration:
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure the completion of termination paperwork.
• Coordinate with management to process final pay, benefits, and other termination-related documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
HR Support:
• Maintain accurate employee records in systems such as Toast, Insperity, and other HR tools.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and home office to ensure HR-related financial processes are efficient and accurate.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Assistance:
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager.
Work Environment & Schedule:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Position Description:
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive support across a wide range of human resources functions, contributing to a positive and inclusive employee experience. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, providing timely communication and acting as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
ATS Management: Maintain meticulous data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information, interview feedback, and process stages are accurately recorded.
Job Posting & Sourcing: Assist in drafting, posting, and refreshing job requisitions across various job boards, social media platforms, and university career sites. Conduct initial resume screening and basic sourcing to identify qualified candidates.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline status) to help optimize our talent acquisition strategies.
Offer Process Support: Prepare offer letters, background check initiation, and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
What You Bring:
2-4+ years of combined experience in Human Resources Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, or a similar generalist role.
Proven experience owning interview scheduling and managing candidate pipelines efficiently.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
