Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure the integrity of payroll and HR data. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a manner that demonstrates empathy and maintains confidentiality. Generate reports for audits, regulatory compliance, and internal HR metrics. Assist with benefits administration including healthcare plan enrollment processing, FMLA tracking, and ACA reporting. Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and system upgrades. Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in coordination with the Finance Department and Field Management Teams. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions and bonuses. Maintain payroll filing and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
