    The HR Generalist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions within an organization or school system, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's goals. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, from administrators to teachers and support staff. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate disputes between staff members or between staff and administration. Ability to manage multiple HR functions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurate and compliant. Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP), spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and student information systems. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, school-based environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Valid AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance card 1-2 years of experience in human resources, ideally in an administrative or HR assistant role Basic understanding of federal and state labor laws, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), wage and hour laws (FLSA), and employee rights. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. 3-5 years of experience working in human resources, with at least 1-2 years in an educational setting.
