PROJECT DESCRIPTION As a summer intern in the Commercial Department, you will work on a project to enhance the efficiency of commercial underwriting, operations, and marketing processes. Your project will focus on evaluating current processes, shadowing team members, and compiling data from various sources. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess current programs, identify gaps, and propose areas for improvement. Additionally, you will prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. This opportunity will give you hands-on experience with commercial lines insurance, program assessment, and process improvement strategies.
