You will evaluate grievances; research and prepare preliminary grievance response for review; prepare grievance packets in preparation for presentation at first step grievance hearing; and prepare a variety of employee correspondence relevant to employee relations activity at two institutions at the direction of the Field Human Resource Officer (FHRO).
