Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Qualifications:
Education - Licensures:

About The Opportunity
The IT Security Administrator Associate is an entry-level role within the Information Security team, responsible for supporting core security programs including Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Vulnerability Management. This role works closely with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to help maintain security controls, reduce risk, and support regulatory and audit requirements across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a foundational career in cybersecurity within a manufacturing environment.
Role Overview
The IT Security Administrator Associate provides operational and administrative support across multiple security domains, including GRC, IAM, and Vulnerability Management. This position is designed for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in enterprise cybersecurity programs while working in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Potential Security Focus Areas
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
* Assist in maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures
* Support internal and external audits by gathering evidence and tracking remediation activities
* Help manage risk assessments, risk registers, and corrective action plans
* Track compliance requirements related to regulatory, customer, and contractual obligations
* Maintain documentation in GRC tools and shared repositories
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
* Support user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes
* Assist with periodic access reviews and certification campaigns
* Help document and improve IAM processes and controls
* Partner with IT teams to ensure least-privilege access principles are followed
Vulnerability Management
* Assist with vulnerability scanning operations and reporting
* Help validate findings, track remediation, and follow up with system owners
* Maintain vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and status reports
* Support patch management and remediation coordination efforts
General Security Operations
* Support security awareness initiatives and training activities
* Assist with security tooling administration and data quality
* Participate in incident response activities as a supporting team member
* Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience
* Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (CIA triad, risk management, access control, vulnerabilities)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to document processes clearly and accurately
* Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Internship, co-op, or entry-level experience in IT, security, audit, or compliance
* Familiarity with GRC, IAM, or vulnerability management tools (academic or practical)
* Basic understanding of:
User access lifecycle management
Vulnerability scanning and remediation concepts
Regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC)
* Industry certifications or coursework (e.g., Security+, ISO fundamentals) a plus

Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs are responsible for the repair and maintenance of our building including games, simulators, and technical equipment. They also assist our Guests and maintain ideal player conditions in the midway at all times.

Reviews the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games. Ensures all games are clean and unobstructed.
Properly positions and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
Assists in daily maintenance and organization of tech room and storage areas.
Efficiently and safely performs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
Assists with general store maintenance as directed by management.
Assists other Team Members as needed.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required.
