Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure IPMS Operational Readiness and Compliance: Guarantee the continuous staffing and efficient operation of the IPMS console, ensuring timely resolution of all signals and anomalies that meet established threat thresholds. Maintain strict compliance with national and agency-level policies, reporting, and training requirements.
Conduct Comprehensive IPMS Monitoring and Analysis: Perform daily tactical and strategic analysis using procedure guides, and execute daily, monthly, and annual operations and maintenance tasks. This includes identifying and troubleshooting system malfunctions, and reporting findings and status to customers.
Resolve IPMS Anomalies and Report System Health: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the garrison IPMS, coordinating the resolution of IPMS anomalies with TSCM personnel. Detail all resolved signals in monthly and quarterly reports, and report IPMS console health status when operational capability is diminished.
Advance IPMS Capabilities and Best Practices: Research and investigate new or improved industry practices and tradecraft for application to agency IPMS programs and operations. Assist in identifying and implementing best practices related to IPMS and wireless efforts.
Perform Radio Frequency (RF) Signal Analysis: Conduct RF signal of interest searches and accurately assess and locate signals discovered during surveys, system notifications, and IPMS operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of writing and editing of technical documents.
Experience with RF theory and direction finding.
Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
Must complete at least 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year. The customer will sponsor Government-offered, discipline-specific development or refresher training IAW National and DoD standards
Shall meet minimum training requirements, within one calendar year of assignment, for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.

Tier-1 Service Desk Support Specialist Responsibilities Include:
Provide walk-in and live, onsite telephone coverage during NSH;

Records any additional information obtained from the user in the ITSM system;
Assigns ticket priority based on the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);

Provides effective hand-off escalation of incidents that cannot be addressed by the initial contact;
Updates ticket by adding worklog information as required;

Removes hardware when needed. Equipment to be delivered/installed and/or removed will include workstations, monitors, KVMs, peripherals, VoIP phones, printers, and other typical office equipment and hardware.
Configures, installs, and troubleshoots JWAC-approved laptops, desktops, printers, network- connected copiers, scanners, and other office IT equipment;
Performs system deployment, i.e., build/rebuild of Windows 10/11 workstations (physical and virtual), build of Windows 2016/2022 servers (physical and virtual), build of Red Hat Linux systems;
Provides first line of customer support, responsible for obtaining necessary information from the customer and either providing the solution or escalating to Tier 2 support;
Assists the JWAC Registry and Assets divisions with inventories, shall perform as JIRA administrator for Service Desk Automations, shall contact vendors for third-party support and shall escort when necessary, as well as performing records management (e.g., recording personnel incoming and departing).
Tier-1 Service Desk Support Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Three (3) to seven (7) years of help desk experience or related technical field experience.
Security+ certification (or higher) for IAT II certification and maintain technical and management certifications as per DoDM 8140.03.
Compliance with DoW and Command's Cyber Security policies.
Must be able to pass the DoW privileged user account exam covering relevant material and maintain standards and requirements for administrative accounts.
Experience in computer set-up, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with software associated with the Standard Desktop Configuration (e.g., MS Office, Adobe, authorized Web Browsers).
U.S. Citizenship.
Active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Test equipment, troubleshoot and conduct preventive server maintenance and corrective actions.

Install and prepare material as requested, deploy new equipment following all available documentation.
Monitor equipment dashboards and status indicators.

Receive and track materials sent by the head office and / or subcontractors, suppliers.
Minimum Requirements

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant will join ATR's Engineering Services Division, working as a team member on site providing InformationTechnology (IT) administrative support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Signatures Department. Duties include, but not limited to:
Responsible for software portfolio management, inventory and acquisition. Advises Department on the impact of new policies and directives.
Assists in the management of the RDT&E applications portfolio and ensures that applications are properly registered in the Department of Navy Application and Database Management System.
Provides guidance on the acquisition of IT software/hardware/services. Ensures that IT approvals align with DoD, DON, and NAVSEA policy.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill job function as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology or a closely related field preferred
1-2 years of professional IT administrative experiences are a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge in IT systems, concepts, practices and procedures.
Knowledge in government requirements for licensing of software.
Knowledge in policies for acquisition of IT hardware, software, or services.
Ability to communicate properly at the appropriate level both orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or favorable adjudication of a national security background investigation. Current completion of a successful background investigation is a plus.
