Conduct daily jobsite visits to monitor progress and address issues. Schedule subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow. Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, punch lists, and warranty follow-ups. Review purchase orders and assist with basic cost tracking. Coordinate and schedule city/county inspections. Provide weekly project status updates to clients. Maintain accurate project records and communication notes. Walk jobs with clients during key stages of the build. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in residential construction, project coordination, or related field. Comfortable working on jobsites daily. Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar project management software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable construction environment. Driver's license, clean record and ability to use a company truck for jobsite travel. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-office day on Tuesdays for team updates, warranty reviews, and project planning. Basic Internship Scope (Project): This internship offers hands-on experience in laser process optimization and materials characterization, with a focus on laser material interactions. The intern will support experimental testing, analyze materials using optical microscopy, and contribute to scaling up laser processes in photovoltaic modules. Responsibilities include preparing samples, measuring physical and electrical properties, and maintaining detailed experimental records. Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills are essential, as the role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team. Estimated Salary Range: $22.00-$25.00 Hourly.
