Prepare, draft, and assemble immigration filing, including but not limited to

Client Communication
Conduct structured client interviews, gather supporting evidence, and ensure accuracy of factual records.

Collaboration & Quality Control

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience (family, humanitarian, business, or removal defense focus).
Proficiency in USCIS, EOIR, and federal immigration procedures.
Exceptional writing skills.
Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
