The Dietary Manager is responsible for the premises of the kitchen, dining room and related activities and shall maintain them in a clean, sanitary, uncluttered and attractive manner. Additionally, this position will work with clientele at WRH in the planning and preparation of meals made from non-processed, fresh ingredients.
