The BDS Air Dominance (AD) Digital and Systems Engineering Team is seeking a Digital Engineering (DE) Product Data Management (PDM) Manager based in Berkeley,MO. This position requires a strong servant leader and communicator that will work closely with program leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, IT, suppliers, tool owners, and other stakeholders to meet AD program common tool & application commitments. The selected leader will be responsible for managing the PDM Center of Excellence (COE) team that supports, maintains and enhances critical engineering tools & applications utilized by thousands of teammates in engineering across our STL site portfolio of programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Leadership & Partnership
Serve as a servant leader focused on program and customer outcomes, ensuring common digital engineering tools and applications meet functionality and availability commitments.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and direct reports to align priorities and drive project success.
Lead the Product Data Management (PDM) Center of Expertise (COE) team that supports Air Dominance and the STL site.
Execution & Compliance
Support migrations, upgrades, and deployments for Air Dominance and STL site lifecycle management tools.
Ensure common digital engineering tool IT and software compliance, including security, licensing, and configuration management.
Oversee support, maintenance, and database administration for the shared digital engineering ecosystem tools and applications.
Maintain and continuously improve PDM and Engineering Release tools, processes, training and implementation.
People & Resource Management
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing technical teams; promote engagement, career growth, and knowledge transfer.
Manage staffing for Engineering Product Lifecycle Management, IT Engineering, and Process Engineering skill codes supporting Air Dominance and the site.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Engineering Design, IT, Manufacturing Engineering, and Software to deliver and sustain digital engineering capabilities.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley,MO.
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Independently performs project management responsibilities for orders on products manufactured by the Company and support efforts in general design, engineering, quality and manufacturing standards. Focus is on projects of high risk, complexity and visibility. This position is for a Project Manager assignment dedicated to our enterprise infrastructure program. This program consists of multiple technology projects geared towards modernizing the servers, network, and cloud infrastructure to lower the overall risk and gain efficiencies in operations. Responsibility covers all aspects of Project Management functions within the Infrastructure Portfolio of projects that will deliver specific tools, business solutions, operational controls, and processes for complex infrastructure, and applications. This role will provide oversight and management of all phases of the projects including (but not limited to) business requirements gathering, functional requirements gathering, system/infrastructure design and architecture, system development, application development, functional testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, and support activities.
Responsibilities:
Define and create project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation.
Work with security team and business sponsors to help them define the project scope, timelines, objectives and track deliverables, risks/issues and project status.
Build Project Plans and Budget plans inside ServiceNow
Track and Report Project status on a weekly basis
Drive and motivate team to hit deadlines
Participate and influence technical decisions based on experience and project scope.
Provide oversight, tracking and metrics for Program and Project Change Requests.
Ensures adherence to PMI quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Qualifications:
2-4 years experience as Project Manager for implementation of leading-edge Technologies, Solutions, and Tools.
Experience running projects within ServiceNow is a bonus
Familiarity with security infrastructure solutions and products
Ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives, possess good technical skills including scheduling, estimating, and costing.
Experience managing and delivering infrastructure projects that involves integrating various technologies and/or replacement of legacy technologies
Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations
Experience creating and maintaining various project artifacts
Experience managing cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities across all phases of a project
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
Excellent in building relationships both internally and externally to become a key influencer for projects
Experience in managing project budgets with monthly variance reporting

As a Project Cost Manager, you will be assisting in the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will be working directly with the project management team to manage the project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts. The Specifics of the Role
Works with all project disciplines to ensure understanding of total project cost budget allowances and targets.
Review project documents and specifications to accurately identify, develop and track request of change orders (owner and subcontractor related), baseline estimates, potential risk exposures while communicating potential impacts to the financial targets, schedule, and overall project management process.
Works closely with the accounting department to ensure the correct integration of all information needed to ensure accuracy in billings, payment applications, change orders, direct cost, labor cost, etc.
Works closely with the project management team, executive management personnel, subcontractors, as well as occasional contact with clients.
Responsible for cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects with significant non-routine requirements or for proposal estimating activities which require a moderate degree of technical skill and experience.
Ensuring quality, accuracy, consistency, spend profile, performing change management, and transparency in all cost management deliverables.
Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the cost and forecast reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management, or related degree.
5-10 years of Project Cost experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices is required.
Working knowledge of applicable computer software such as PMWeb or similar project portfolio management software, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards, or related software programs.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Results oriented and deliver on customer commitments.
PMP certification desirable.
