What You Will Do
Provides clinical supervision to staff including assigning, monitoring and evaluating cases for clinical team(s). Conducts regularly scheduled team meetings. Provides back-up coverage for program leadership as required.

-Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and invoices.
-Perform virtual final inspections and ensure project itself satisfaction before project closure.
-Develop and execute a deep understanding of the company's EPC(Explore, Produce, Commercialize) framework and its application across various product lines and markets.
-Perform real estate brokerage services in entirety (Handle client services, negotiations, property information gathering, and contractual matters (coordinating with attorneys).
-Additional duties as assigned.
Bilingual Japanese/English Project Manager Skills:

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Inspector to join our team. This role involves performing site visits for inspections and design-related projects in both the commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will also assist in managing select projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal engineers to ensure quality and compliance.
This position begins as an independent contractor role, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position after 90 days, based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections for residential and commercial design projects.
Document findings through detailed reports, photos, and recommendations.
Verify compliance with engineering plans, building codes, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve field issues.
Support project management tasks including scheduling, client updates, and coordination.
Ensure all inspections and reports are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
