Support labour relations and union interactions. Implement emergency procedures and train staff accordingly. Coordinate owner equipment and facilitate BIM or MEP overhead coordination processes. Cost Management Develop and manage general conditions budget; update monthly projections. Define non-reimbursables per contract and minimize usage. Set up trade budgets and maintain logs in Prolong. Monitor project costs, change management processes, and profitability. Oversee cost item creation and issuance to contractors; assist with owner agreement changes. Support cash flow management and timely payments. Management Lead project team meetings and mentor jobsite staff. Ensure timely processing of RFIs and submittals.
