Your transition to a Field Manager role

How we will compensate you:
When you begin with New York Life as a financial professional, you will receive income that is commission-based. If you meet the requirements and approvals to become an Associate Partner, you will receive a salary. The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000 $150,000, plus you will be eligible for additional compensation related to the agents you recruit and develop (R&Ds). R&Ds are additional compensation that is designed to increase your income and to reimburse for any reasonable and necessary expenses we do not otherwise reimburse. You will also be eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment coverages, a pension plan, and a 401(k) savings plan. Position Summary
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of reconstruction projects following water mitigation. Key Responsibilities

Meet weekly with department manager to discuss job progress and performance.

Valid Idaho/Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.

PROJECT MANAGER / ENGINEER
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction projects and related documentation from inception to completion. Working in collaboration with the development team, the Project Manager guides the project from the proposal and estimating phases through execution and final delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards. The Project Manager is responsible for the proactive identification and resolution of field, contractual, and construction-related issues to support the successful delivery of each project. This role involves maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, company leadership, and field crews, as well as fostering positive client relationships that reflect and uphold the companys strong reputation for reliability and trust.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These duties are those typically performed in this position. Employee may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties.
Compose and implement project specific work plan
Prepare required documentation, such as submittals, bid packages, contracts, invoices, change orders, billing forecasts and other administrative requirements
Communicate deviations from original job bid to actual job site conditions to client, subcontractors, and secure additional work authorization prior to starting changes
Review the work performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with the contract documents and review and approve change orders submitted by subcontractors
Willing to learn Laser Tracker utilization to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines and areas for construction and mechanical alignment purposes
Create, track and coordinate project schedule
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
Work with Foreman to schedule tasks, determine best construction methods and control labor, equipment, and material usage; Conduct on site meetings
Attend completion inspections utilizing contractor punch list
Attend final acceptance inspections as scheduled by governmental entities
Work within and promote corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization
Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION

Valid Drivers License
Computer skills such as MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD (BLUEBEAM, Sage 300-Timberline, and Primavera P6 scheduling software a plus)
Bachelors Degree (Engineering, Construction Management) preferred but not required
Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, and contractual commitments are met
Retain flexibility while operating within a constantly changing environment
Strong knowledge of heavy industrial construction materials, processes, and equipment
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to meet all safety requirements for applicable safety policies

Job Description:
The Sr. Manager, Maintenance position provides JHS with professional and technical oversight of the production and facility maintenance activities. In addition, the Sr. Manager, Maintenance ensures that the facility operates in compliance with state, local, and federal regulations as well as cGMPs. The Sr. Maintenance Manager is responsible for production and support equipment upkeep and reliability, including overseeing; breakdown repairs, production support and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance program, and reliability centered maintenance program. Additionally, Facility compliance, upgrades, and project management will be within the responsibilities of the Sr. Maintenance Manager.
* Provide technical oversight and leadership to the maintenance department.
* Establish goals and expectations for on-shift maintenance supervision, providing training and accountability for meeting department goals and JHS standards.
* Ensure preventive maintenance activities are scheduled, executed, and reviewed per established timelines and objectives per applicable SOPs. Update PM procedures as required to reduce unexpected failure rates.
* Set vision and goals for implementation and continuous improvement through reliability centered maintenance program.
* Execute and/or delegate facility and compliance projects, meeting the year's set objectives.
* Participate in client, internal, and regulatory audits pertaining to facility tours and issues related to maintenance.
* Maintain and control the maintenance department expense budget.
* Support deviation investigations related to equipment malfunctions and complete CAPAs within required timeframes.
* Ensure planning and execution of two facility shutdowns per year for maintenance and facility projects are completed on time and within established parameters.
* Maintain and complete paperwork review in a timely manner to include; maintenance work orders, change controls, SOP reviews, specification reviews as required.
* Ensure facility is compliant with cGMPs as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
* Audit state of facility cleanliness, order, and compliance, ensuring the facility is presentable to management as well as current and potential clients.
* Effectively communicate inter-department equipment and/or facility problems with JHS management and offer solutions and timelines for correction.
Qualifications:
* Associates of Arts or Science required OR 10 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience required (Manager) 10 years' experience required (Sr. Manager).
* Supervisory and facility management required (Sr. Manager) and supervisory experience required (Manager).
* Pharmaceutical and FDA Industry experience required (Sr. Manager) FDA Regulated Industry experience desired (Manager).
