Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or metal building industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP certification is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
