**About the Role**
The Senior Project Management Director is responsible for department-related management services for our financial services client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You'll Do**
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

**What You'll Need**
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Financial services client experience required. Retail construction program experience highly desirable.
+ In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and the ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of project management software.
+ Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

Job Description
The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build Senior Project Manager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB Senior Project Manager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction project management capacities.As a DB Senior Project Manager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall project management for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Those Project managers with either Design Build project management experience will be considered especially those with water/wastewater industry experience or those with experience in industrial (process) oriented construction fields.
Fiscal Experience - Proven project management skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
Team Oriented - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
Preferred Qualifications:
20+ years' experience in delivering engineering and construction projects in the water/wastewater industry delivered using progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods

Job Description
As a Project Manager for AECOM in Tampa,Florida, you'll be at the forefront of delivering critical civil design solutions for airport infrastructure in Florida, as well as the US. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop designs for significant airport improvements in addition to simultaneously leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and construction of airside and landside improvements, ensuring compliance with FAA standards and client expectations.

Job Summary:
Project management of planning and design team members, sub-consultants, and contractors for ongoing planning, design, and construction projects of airfield and landside projects for General Aviation and Commercial Air Service Airports.
Responsible for developing, supported by an experienced team of airport consultants, the planning, design, and construction administration of airports, including grading, drainage, pavement design, specifications, and construction safety plans.
Mentor and develop staff, provide leadership and an environment that encourages teamwork, initiative, and growth. Receive mentorship from the most experienced airport consultants in the US.
Supervision, coordination, and production of several projects concurrently.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with clients, funding agencies, state aviation officials, FAA, and local permit Agencies
Qualifications
Minimum:
* BS Civil Engineering or related field.
* 6 or more years of airside and landside airport project management or related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred:
* Experience with airport improvements from planning through the design and construction phase
* EI or PE, preferably the State of Florida

Position Summary
This is the intermediate level of the VM classification hierarchy. Employees at this level have responsibility for contractor management and oversight with general supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with greater independence. Manages IVM programs including multi circuit planned maintenance, system level herbicide applications, reactive customer requested work and hazard tree programs to drive overall program strategy of improved customer reliability and regulatory compliance as applicable Strategic focus:
* Manages highly visible community sensitive VM projects with support as needed from Management and other VM Personnel
* Works with internal engineering and VM personnel to strategically improve system reliability

Responsibilities
* DVMP/TVMP Annual Planning Develop vegetation management work plan and associated budget for respective T or D Maintenance area/zone in collaboration with other VM Specialists, System Forester and Manager. Work with System Forester and Manager to assure that work plan is in compliance with Federal and Stated T&D vegetation management standards and regulatory requirements.
* General Contract Management Monitor the performance of contract resources to assure safe work practices, vegetation management procedures/standards adherence, and productivity consistent with Duke Energy Expectations. Lead role for area VM crews during emergency storm operations. Works independently on complex issues. Applying advanced knowledge and problem solving skills to wide-ranging issues. Integrates industry knowledge related to data into everyday business practices and decision making.
* Customer Relations (Internal and External) This positions responds to customer and community concerns associated with our VM and Herbicide Programs. Responsible for the development of communication plans with key stakeholders associated with VM projects.
* Governmental/Community Relations Works with government agencies, including DOT and Environmental to ensure compliance with appropriate state and federal regulations and pro-active communications of area vegetation management plans and procedures to community stakeholders.
* Work Plans Monitor respective Transmission or Distribution Maintenance Area vegetation management work plan and budget by inspecting/reporting work plan completion progress, reviewing/approving invoices for contractor work, monitoring unit costs, and adjusting work plans and expenditures as necessary.
* Inspections/Patrols Perform regular patrols of Transmission or Distribution rights-of-way to identify issues that would potentially impact the safe and reliable operation of the line.
