In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all administrative, clinical, and operational functions of Assisted Living and Memory Support (where applicable) and in accordance with resident needs, state regulations and the organizations policies and procedures. The RSD is also responsible for inspections and surveys, resident assessment, risk management and the community's QAPI program. This position has a strong emphasis placed on maintaining quality standards, while achieving business and financial objectives.
Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
Manage the day-to day administration and operation of Assisted Living and Memory Support (where applicable) services and programs.
Ensure compliance with all local, State and Federal laws and regulations as well as the organizations policies and procedures.
Provide clinical expertise, education, training and mentoring by serving as a role model and resource.
Assist in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of operating budgets for areas assigned. Allocate resources to carry out programs and activities under areas of responsibility including labor costs, equipment and meeting budget targets.
Ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary environment is provided for residents, associates, families, and outside vendors.
Serve as a member of the QAPI Committee, preparing, analyzing, and reporting key indicator data.
Provide oversight and guidance of state required educational programs which may include First Aid, CPR, and TB monitoring for residents and associates.
Partner with admissions and marketing associates in promoting a positive community image and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
Attend and participate in educational workshops, seminars and meetings in order to keep abreast of current standards of practice.
Assure that universal precautions, infection control, fire safety and organizational policy and procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education: RN or LPN Required
A nursing degree from an accredited college or university - RN or LPN
Licenses/Certifications: Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state & current CPR certification
Experience: 3+ years of nursing management experience
Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
High degree of integrity.
Strong communicator and capable of leading change.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and deadlines concurrently.
Proficiency in electronic health records, Point Click Care experience preferred.

$93,610 - $154,550 if overall experience is less than 6 years; and

$102,120 - $168,600 if overall experience is less than 6 years; and
$125,880 - $207,720 for experience greater than 6 years.
All other states:

Provide general office and clerical support: preparation of weekly package to corporate, copying, filing, correspondence, telephone inquiries.
Handle basic Human Resources functions: personnel, answer employee inquiries regarding scheduling, facilitate job fairs and new hire orientation, maintain employee training logs, submit workers compensation claims and maintain OSHA log, basic report generation, respond to initial unemployment claims, interface with employees regarding basic employment issues.

The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a single Liberty Tax office within the Managed Operations structure. This role provides leadership to office staff, ensures compliance with company procedures, drives operational performance, and delivers exceptional customer service. The Office Supervisor acts as a key liaison between the tax office and Regional Leadership.
Responsibilities/Duties
Office Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring effective workflow and a professional environment.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office employees including Tax Preparers and administrative personnel.
Monitor and report office performance metrics, addressing any operational issues.
Customer Service :
Ensure delivery of exceptional client service throughout the tax season.
Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain a clean, welcoming office environment that promotes positive customer experience.
Compliance and Accuracy:
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to tax operations.
Monitor return preparation accuracy and assist staff with technical or compliance-related questions.
Staff Leadership and Development:
Lead recruitment and onboarding of seasonal staff.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to all office employees.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Execute local marketing strategies to promote office visibility and drive business growth.
Participate in outreach initiatives to attract new clients and build brand awareness.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure completion and submission of daily operational reports.
Maintain organized and accurate documentation for client files, employee schedules, and performance metrics.

Minimum 3 years previous tax preparation experience is preferred
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of office management or supervisory experience.
Prior tax preparation or financial services experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Position requires working at a desk or in an office environment for extended periods. May require occasional lifting of supplies up to 25 pounds. Position may also require standing and walking for short periods. Must be able to work evenings and weekends during peak season.

Overview
The Office Manager will provide administrative support to all OVG departments (concessions, catering) at the venue, as well as to the General Manager. Administrative duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with payroll, handling A/P and A/R responsibilities, assuring compliance in hourly employee personnel files, handling basic HR duties, scheduling, and general clerical duties, and GL entries. Perform month end closing work, account reconciliations, and profit statement reporting to management. Safeguard company assets, and provide data and fiscal support to other departments within the company
Given the small size of the OVG onsite office (usually 2 FT employees), it is critical that the Office Manager have the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks, and willingly assist OVG staff where needed. In light of the sometimes seasonal and event-driven nature of our business, the successful incumbent will have the ability to focus on and prioritize the administrative duties that are most critical and time-sensitive.
This role pays an hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00

Responsibilities
Provide general office/administrative/accounting support including input of weekly cash and sales reports, A/P and A/R data entry, event reporting.
Assist with basic payroll functions: compile and process weekly payroll, data entry, timekeeping verification, ensure W-4, I-9 forms are complete and on file; maintain employee deductions file.
Provide accounting support to company departments. Reconcile sales reports prior to month end postings. Oversee document coding. Calculate commissions earned.
Collect data from multiple sources and generate reports of OVG' event operating results to venue management team and the corporate Finance Department. Includes generating P&L's, franchise season reports, catering activity recaps and sales reports. Perform month end closing, reconciliations and entries.
Safeguard company assets through close monitoring of accounting procedures; conduct audits as needed. Reconcile bank deposits to sales reports, inventory levels, payroll reporting, A/P and A/R activities.
Prepare current workbooks containing financial information by event type. Supervise preparation of NFP reports by event, and payroll reporting by event types.
Provide general office and clerical support: preparation of weekly package to corporate, copying, filing, correspondence, telephone inquiries.
Handle basic Human Resources functions: personnel, answer employee inquiries regarding scheduling, facilitate job fairs and new hire orientation, maintain employee training logs, submit workers compensation claims and maintain OSHA log, basic report generation, respond to initial unemployment claims, interface with employees regarding basic employment issues.
Relay any accounting, HR, employee relations, safety, policy or procedural concerns, and any situation that may result in disciplinary action, to management (Concessions/Catering Manager, GM) in a timely and responsible manner.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Four or more years' experience in an accounting position with increasing level of oversight and responsibility.
Thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Demonstrate knowledge of payroll and tax issues, basic knowledge of employment law.
Advanced proficiency with computers in a Windows platform including Microsoft applications, accounting/payroll/HRIS systems. Experience Solomon, ADP and/or Ceridian a plus. Extensive experience preparing accurate spreadsheets and reports.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. Must work well under pressure of deadlines.
