Production employees at Smithfield handle materials and use hand tools, knives, machinery, and equipment to help deliver good food responsibly to America's dinner table. Production team members at Smithfield perform physically demanding work that requires good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, strength and stamina. Team members must be available to work scheduled hours, which may include mandatory overtime, depending upon production demands.

Your Experience & Qualifications
* Technical Associate´s Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of five years of industrial experience with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience required.
* Familiarity with Metric system and tight tolerances (0.01mm).
* Possess a demonstrated knowledge of MAHLE Production Systems such as work instructions, preventive maintenance, and OEE are preferred.
* Ability to multi-task and work with little to no supervision required.
* Personal computer skills in MS Office a plus.
* Previous experience in manufacturing processes is favored
