Summary:

Role Overview: We are seeking a Paper Mill Production Manager to manage and lead the activities of teams associated with manufacturing, engineering, and production in a one of our larger mills. Key Responsibilities
Needs to be highly motivated and energetic providing leadership, technical expertise and training to guide changes to plant process and procedures in order to reduce process variability, improve product performance in customer plants, reduce manufacturing costs and improve operating efficiency.
Lead and direct a production team consisting of a Superintendent, Process Engineer, Engineering Co-ops, Shift Supervisors, Shipping, and three rotating shift production crews.
Must work closely and effectively with the Maintenance Manager and Technical Manager to improve mill operations correcting operational issues including equipment runnability, training needs, and process standardization.
Facilitate the continuous improvement process by which projects and activities are identified, defined, developed and prioritized. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, evaluating recommendations, planning and facilitating the implementation of changes, tracking activities and reporting progress.
Must be able to manage machine runnability on a daily basis with the assistance of direct reports and support staff.
Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures and related tools to meet the requirements of an evolving workflow process.
Responsible for prioritizing maintenance needs and direct resources accordingly on a daily basis.
Participate in downtime maintenance and readiness planning and project management activities.
Performs all required duties and tasks in accordance with Company accounting policies and financial control procedures.
Support the Mill Safety Program completely.
Must be fully involved in the safety culture and help drive the team towards an incident free workplace.

Education

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Medication Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medication phone line team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant communication regarding patient prescriptions, medication requests, prior authorizations, and provider coordination. This role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of eClinicalWorks (ECW), and a firm understanding of state and federal prescription guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Line Operations
Supervise and monitor daily medication line activities, ensuring all calls, voicemails, and email requests are processed within established timelines.
Review medication-related telephone encounters for accuracy and completeness in ECW.
Escalate urgent medication issues (e.g., allergic reactions, missing prescriptions, fraud concerns) to appropriate clinical staff.
Ensure consistent application of policies regarding partial fills, early refills, and lost/stolen prescriptions.
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and supervise a team of medical receptionists assigned to the medication line.
Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations; provide coaching as needed.
Coordinate cross-training initiatives to ensure backup support is available.
Lead daily or weekly medication line team huddles to address workflow challenges and reinforce best practices.
Compliance & Communication

Technology & Tools Oversight
Support and troubleshoot use of ECW, MDToolbox, and CoverMyMeds.
Monitor the medication line email inbox and ensure timely resolution of provider queries and refill approvals.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
Generate performance and volume reports on medication line activity for leadership review.
Track turnaround times for prior authorizations and prescription fulfillment.
Identify trends and recommend workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years in a healthcare administrative or clinical support role
1+ year supervisory or team lead experience
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks, MDToolbox, and CoverMyMeds
Strong understanding of HIPAA and PDMP regulations
